* SHIPPING METHODS:    Select the correct shipping method when checking out in the shopping cart. 
                                             If you order GROUND or TRUCK items don't select the Free Shipping method. 
                                             It will just delay or cancel your order.

       FREE S&H: All items listed as FREE shipping must be ordered together on a separate invoice. 
                          The FREE shipping will NOT be applied if combined with paid shipping.
       
       GROUND: All items listed as GROUND shipping are delivered in 1-7 business days. Large orders will default to the TRUCK rate.
                       Your order will be boxed in multiple boxes or shipped TRUCK freight which ever is cost effective. 
                         
       TRUCK: (Truck Freight) All items listed as TRUCK shipping must use the Residential or Commercial shipping method. 
                       All GROUND items will be combined with TRUCK items at the warehouse when possible.
