3 - Where two speeds are listed, lower speed indicates idle solenoid disconnected

4 - New points .019, used .016. On V8 turn adjusting screw in clockwise until engine misfires, then back off 1/2 turn.

5 - Adjust timing at 800 rpm

6 - CA set at 4° BTDC

9- Early production 750 rpm. Engine date stamped 1118 QA or QB, 950-1000 rpm

10- Transistor Ign. 6° BTDC

11- With A/C on

12- With Air Injection Reactor system (A.I.R)

13- Manual tran & A.I.R system

14-Auto tran & A.I.R system

15-After top dead center

16- With A/C off

17- At 800 rpm
