1 - Cylinders numbering front to rear:        
Right bank 1234  left bank 5678

2 - tighten rocker arm adjusting screw to eliminate all push
rod end clearance, then tighten screw number turns listed.
 
3 - Clearance is obtained at valve stem tip with hydraulic
lifter collapsed. If clearance is less than minimum, install an undersize
push rod. If clearance is greater install an oversized push rod.
